Our process
01
Estimates
- Our estimates are free.
- Every estimate is itemised showing individual prices for each element of the work.
- If you accept the estimate, talk to us to confirm what work you want to be done and agree a timeframe.
- We honour our prices for a year, so if something changes your end, just let us know.

Before we start
- We do not ask for any money upfront, unless you want us to get the materials in which case we will give you a receipt.
- We give you a dedicated time slot for work.
- We talk to you about colours and paint finishes - we can show you a colour chart.

During the job
- We provide all the gear and set up a work station.
- We can move furniture if needed.
- We will protect all areas with dust sheets.
- We will work around other trades on site.

When we finish
- We will tidy up after ourselves, and remove all rubbish.
- We will review the work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
- We will send an invoice via email shortly after we have finished.
